THE CAFE SOUNDS is a project to develop an archive of ambient soundscapes of cafés set against a backdrop of urban regeneration and pervasive 'cappuccino culture' (Starbucks, etc). 

The overall project relates to a charity called Kahve-Society based in London (http://www.kahve-society.org).
